The management team needed to unify their understanding of problems and opportunities to speak with one voice, while also fostering engagement and clarity among middle managers and staff. The goal was to create alignment on the overall direction for the entire leadership function\u2014at all levels within the business unit. Through workshops and interviews with both management and staff, we identified core challenges and opportunities. The findings were presented to the management team alongside an activity plan to structure the work moving forward.<\/li>\n
A series of leadership days and workshops were conducted with both the management team and middle managers. These sessions focused on practical tools for change management, communication, and motivational strategies. The training also included planning actionable activities to drive localised change.<\/li>\n
