This 4-hour, live online workshop will orient you to the 5 Moments of Learning Need (5MoN) approach to learning in the flow of work. Participants will walk away with the ability to effectively discuss how best to enrich organizational performance by supporting their workforces in the flow of work.
This short, introductory course is a great starting point for individuals and teams looking to shift to a performance-first mindset. It is ideal for gaining buy-in, level-setting, and initiating change.
Introduce your team to a performance-first mindset
- Experience the need to put performance-first.
- Label the learning moments of need, based on personal experience.
- Identify gaps between how things are done and how they need to be done.
- Articulate the benefits of a digital coach.
- Defend the use of the Critical Impact of Failure Rating.
- Explain the organizational impact of employing a Performance-First focus.
- Develop a big picture view of the 5MoN principles and how they connect to support organizational learning across an employee’s career.

The workshop is online and will be held in english. It takes place over the course of 2 days and is a total of 4 hours.
The pre-work takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
