Personal Data for Communication
Via contact forms and email where you as a website visitor fill in relevant information so that we can carry out service matters or answer questions about our services.

Google Analytics
Data to Google Analytics that enables us to track visitors' choices and measure the website's performance. This data is saved via 4 different cookies (see section below).

Symbal Communication AB handles personal data on servers provided by Microsoft Sharepoint.

We store data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected, or to carry out our commitments and for as long as required by statutory storage periods, particularly regarding accounting requirements. We carry out ongoing purging in our systems to remove old personal data that is no longer current. (See the section below on Information Security)

We work hard to protect our customers and visitors against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we manage. Specific security measures:

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in cases where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations that prevent us from immediately deleting parts of the data. These obligations may arise from bookkeeping and tax legislation. What we do in that case is to block the data we are obliged to save from being used for purposes other than fulfilling such legal obligations.
